相当不错的体验，居然一大早下了火车就可以入住，早餐品种很丰富，小朋友和大人都吃的很开心，地段也是比较繁华，靠近红山路，退房时间可以商量，简直完美了，唯一一点不好的是有几个非自助餐厅菜的口味和服务一般

前台Rose罗曼的服务态度和和他一起当天当值的李宾部小伙子服务态度很好。总机和HSKP服务态度很冷漠，卫生细节做得不够好。给人感觉脏脏的样子。没有无线网络电视不能点播电影。
不过有一件洗面奶忘记在房间打电话去问能及时给出回复蛮好。感觉总机接了太多电话了总是一副不耐烦的口气着急马上转给下个部门无奈。其他蛮棒。

第一天checkin很顺畅，房间很干净，地下车库免费提供，前台小董很热情推荐了附近的餐味道很不错，酒店很安全放心，每次进门必须安检，电视节目也很多，小朋友很喜欢，附近就有百盛，后面红山公园景色也非常棒

房间大 卫生好 机场大巴15元就能到门口 车程大概半小时。迎宾汉族小哥超级热情 介绍了很多 有点国外服务那么好的样子。早餐品种特别丰富 就餐环境好 手工酸奶味道好。乌鲁木齐不好打车 哎 租车行业坐地起价 价格变动忒大。二楼有个粤菜 味道尚可。
