服务员发现客人遗落的物品，交到了吧台，但没有明确交接给下一班，当客人焦急地打电话询问时，不太热清，只是告知客人方便的时候到房间帮助给看一下，总之最后还是物归原主了。

后院和门口可以停车，房间也比较大，还算干净，洗澡水也可以。附近吃的不少，离博物馆不远。唯一问题就是太吵了太吵了，酒店就在城市高架旁边，窗子还是单层的，睡的我第二天头疼的厉害。如果睡眠不好的朋友还是绕行吧。

房间挺大，对面就是南湖广场，离地铁站很近，出行方便，周围有好多美食，既可以品尝当地美食，有能吃到各地特色，可谓是应有尽有。后院有免费停车场，看守的也很负责，热情周到。

酒店位置在市中心，预订含早的话，早餐清淡管饱，出酒店门口就有公交车站，brt，交通非常方便，待小孩也很方便上下楼都有电梯，酒店就有旅行社，周围还有很多吃饭的地方，推荐大家去酒店旁边的五谷虫子鸡吃饭，味道很正宗，在这儿吃饭可以免费停车的
