酒店是在市区北京路二宫体育馆附近，交通便利，离机场和高铁站都不远，设施也不错，安保挺好的，附近吃饭的地方也挺多的

挂的是五星，走廊里有烟味，房间地毯脏，卫生间很小，浴巾是洗过多次的，房间里的插座一插就冒火星。早餐餐厅菜品少，赶上高峰期不好找位置，找服务员，服务员让客人自己上那边去找。房间门打不开，刚好客房服务员在旁边，结果人家头都没抬就说是房卡的问题，直接把我打发到一楼前台，在前台找没有客人办业务的服务员，人家让我去旁边正办业务的服务员那等着，好不容易把房卡整好了，还是开不开门，客房才回来看了一下说是我没有把反锁键复位才影响开门。住过那么多酒店，从五星到快捷，谁家的反锁键用人工手动复位？明明是他们的反锁键自己自动复位到最后一点被卡住了，居然怪客人。总之，硬件软件都不行。
