地理位置比较方便，旁边就是广场，不过人不多，还比较安静。设备设施似乎有些旧，浴缸显示很旧，灯控、电源控制等这些都太老旧了（相对星级酒店而言）。房间里配有电脑，但必要性不大，把电源、照明等搞得好一些就可以了。网速还可以。服务员服务态度很好。

和朋友出来玩，第一次入住在这家酒店，酒店环境不错，一进大厅感觉很舒服，房间干净，遇到问题询问总台，总台服务员非常耐心，态度很好，出酒店有个小广场，不错，附近还有一个大超市，交通便利，整体都可以，下次出来还会定这个地方。

火炬大厦周边的环境很好，绿化也非常好，有广场，感觉特别棒，交通也非常便利，一进大堂文化氛围很浓，接待很热情，房间很干净，退房时戒指落在酒店了，都不知道，是服务员检查房间时发现，快速的送到前台，真的很感谢！也很感动！下次还会选择火炬大厦入住。

酒店的大堂还比较大气。位置在新市区也比较方便。就是房间装修和家具已经比较旧了，房间灯光比较暗，冬天暖风不够热，而且风机的噪音也比较大。但相对于携程所给的价格，性价比还算可以。

位置不错。卫生也干净。周边环境也挺好。超市，餐馆也挺多。交通也方便。离机场也不远而且很方便就可以上机场高速。
房间设备老旧，冬季有些冷，空调不热，非常干燥。
