酒店在旅游旺季可能生意太好，前台服务不行，在艺龙网上预定的房也不给入住，称要加价提升房间才能入住，艺龙客服与大堂经理协调后终入住提升档次的房间，结果大失所望，房间又老旧，设施也陈旧，连内地的三星，甚至普通商务宾馆都不如，价格已是五星的价格了，让我们一行对乌鲁木齐，乃至整个新疆印象大打折扣，还是太落后了，硬件，软件都差太多了，特别是前台的服务有待提升

装修很有风格，显富丽堂皇，也干净卫生，不过装修的确有些旧了，只能算条件一般。前台和客房服务员热情、友好，送了小点心，还帮忙延迟退房。自助早餐品类还可以，上餐比较慢，9点半下去好多盘子已经空了，等了好久也没补餐上来

前台服务很好，房间很干净，靠近国际大巴扎走路要走10分钟左右。就是乌鲁木齐的信号太差，酒店又在立交桥旁边，跟着导航走了三圈才找到。
