挺好的，套房设施比较好，价格公道，但是退房时要求开具发票被拒，最后打电话给艺龙，艺龙给解决了。总体满意。

这家酒店性价比不高。网上预订价格278，到前台现付却要288，和实际网上报的价格不一致。房间还是蛮大的，里面有个大沙发，还有电脑。只是无线网很差，慢的简直不能用。酒店早餐很烂，和普通连锁酒店早餐差不多，煮鸡蛋还是一人发一个。前台服务员态度很差，退个房花了将近半个小时。这家酒店不值这个价，不推荐。

酒店设施卫生都不错房间也比较大，我们当天到时因为酒店和艺龙的缘故被取消了房间，但经过协调处理还是给解决了。但前台的刘姓服务员态度相当恶劣，让给拨个朋友房间电话都不让我们说话，这是哪门子的事？酒店的脸面都给你丟尽了！
