前台柜员服务态度非常不好当我提出服务态度不好时跟我的回复是他是什么什么的正常工作并不是为难态度不好我讲的他态度不好因为我疲劳过来他一直在跟我询问我态度并没有太过亲和但是最起码得礼节我还是在此范围之内..这如果算是我并未与人为善的话那我承认我的错可当班客服服务非常差口气也非常冲我提出来他态度不好他不仅不改出来的所谓的大堂经理态度更可怕整个就是一副我们客服没事你**来找谁的麻烦的态度根本不是解决问题的态度..我就让他们叫他们经理谁是谁非总是要有说法的做人差还混淆视听我想知道这种人为什么还要留着莫非当班人员是酒店领导的孩子.?民营单位就这样没有规程规矩.?死活不敢给电话就怕我投诉你们领导还是觉得这不是事给领导说了打扰到领导的休息.?要好好替领导解决"小事"??这就是提升整体水平中的漏网之鱼.?学会做个好人才有资格论事!
