没热水、前台说20:00修好，到0:00都没有来热水，更心塞的事到0:20还停电了不过还好一会就来电了，但是没热水情何以堪！！！

我今天就是因为看到这个酒店的评价很高，所以过来入住，可是我到了酒店之后发现洗不了澡，还停电，客服人员还没有责任心，在我们入住的时候没有和我说在停电维修，当住进去的时候，才告诉我们不能洗澡，还停电，这样欺瞒客户真的好吗？不觉得很过分吗
