房间卫生不好，住了2天不叫没人打扫，房间气味难闻，通风查。打扫卫生的服务员洗脸池堵了，也没有处理。248元一天的价格这样的服务……前台服务员汉语水平很差，基本听不懂你在说什么。实在让人无话可说。酒店基本都是维族客人，我是唯一汉族，永远不会去了，汉族的游客建议不要去这家饭店。个人观点无论是服务还是饭菜很难适应。

感觉很糟糕 在网上订的是单人间却给我们双人间去前台调换她们却说没有单人间了 水也不热早上洗澡居然还没有热水很糟糕的一次住店经历

首先要说明酒店在维族聚居区，新疆的朋友不建议我住那边，街上大多都是非汉族同胞，朋友建议的酒店附近多是汉族同胞，区域划分很明显！这样不好！酒店后面200米开外有个小巷子，里面像小集市一样，可以吃到当地特色美食，凉皮凉面、泡在冰块里的自制奶饮品，还有烤肉摊，水果摊...蛮有意思的... 酒店谈不上服务，设施也很旧，客人居然都是维族朋友，我住两天晚上，酒店里没见到一个汉族人...总之，酒店的情况不值这个价.不如快捷酒店
