这个酒店给人的感觉是极不好，态度不好，很坑人，前台态度极不好，吃葡萄沾了一点汁在毛巾上，退房的时候硬要扣我20块钱，我说可以洗一下子就干净了，他叫我去洗干净，我又跑到6楼去洗脸盆里用清水洗，基本上洗干净了，我拿到前台找他退房退押金，他说毛巾没洗干净，我就伙了，我说这些毛巾我们退房之后你们都不用洗吗？他说，这边条件有限-，一般都是要用两次才会洗，我无语咯，我说，难道我用过的毛巾也是上次客人用过没洗的？那前台服务员没话说了，他说你这个钱就得扣，我想说多了也没用了，这不是坑我吗？我说扣20块钱了，毛巾是不是可以带走，他说可以，一百块押金退了我80，我生气的把那毛巾带到外面垃圾桶里扔掉了…而且我们是在微信上订的房间，第二天续房的时候还硬加了12块钱上去才可以续房，这是我亲身经历，愿朋友们住这家酒店的时候留点心，别被坑了…
