房间挺大的，卫生间面积也不错，就像前面评价一样，床有点硬。我运气好，抢到的是不靠马路的，所以非常安静，而且开窗风景很好，所以我连空调都没用，一直开着窗户。就这个价格对应房间面积，在乌鲁木齐市区，对面就是福润德购物广场，又是交通这么便利的地方，性价比真的超高。个人觉得房间摆设如果更新房价就是上调也是会生意很好的。
