入住了这么多次天缘酒店最差的一次体验！本来就到的晚，摆渡车几百米摆了半个小时也就忍了。到酒店遇见一冷脸男服务生，站在他旁边等着办入住，一个客人办了七八分钟，好不容易等到我了。和他说话可以办理了吗？爱答不理，问了三遍说忙着呢，叫我等着。问什么时候能办，不理，气得真想骂人！多亏旁边一个女服务生看很尴尬叫到她那边办，这种业务水平这种服务态度也能当五星酒店的前台？都这样的话，酒店可以关门了。
