因为坐飞机到乌鲁木齐租车自驾，所以选择了机场周边的这家酒店。酒店是五星级，设施也不错，神州租车就在酒店后面，很方便。唯一的缺点就是酒店略贵

离机场非常近，如果赶飞机的话，入住这里是不错的选择，卫生也不错。只是服务不敢恭维。这次住在A楼，离大堂比较远（办理入住在B楼的大堂）大热天的拖着重重的行李从B楼到A楼，无一服务员来帮忙。好不容易从B楼走到A楼，在一楼过安检，重重的行李箱，保安人员看着我吃奶的力都使出来都没拿到那个安检的机器上都没伸出手来帮忙一下，后来在孩子的帮助下一起抬上那个安检的机器。过了安检，A楼上电梯到客房所在的楼层，需要转电梯，我们不懂怎么转，A楼的一楼一个虚设的大堂，无一个服务人员，无人可询问，于是问保安人员，可是保安人员回答我说：我的职责是安保，其他的事情不管我的事。我只是问你怎么坐电梯，你虽然是个安保人员但你也是酒店的工作人员吧？怎么就不能告诉我呢？难道告诉我怎么转电梯你会死吗？这样的服务真的配不上天缘这个品牌
