前台服务人员态度傲慢，丝毫不考虑顾客的感受，一味推卸责任。单结账就结了40分钟。最后还说机器坏了不能开增票。再也不会入住了。一个老鼠坏了一锅汤

前台服务人员丝毫不顾及客人的感受，死搬教条，结账结了有40分钟 最后还告知当日开票机器坏了不能开增值税发票。真是一肚子火气。再也不会入住这样的酒店了。
