  I enjoyed my stay here. My only problem was that my room needed vacuuming when I got there. That was taken care of immediately. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and patient with me, as I didnt speak Mandarin or any of the local languages, and they didnt speak English. They were very nice and we had fun. If you dont speak the language, everything depends on your attitude (and phone translation app, which can be "interesting" in the results you get). Be friendly. Have a sense of humor, and dont get mad when you get frustrated (theres a difference). To give an example of the service: I got back from sightseeing late in the evening. I mentioned that I needed to eat. Of course, NOBODY in China will ever let you go hungry. The security guard walked me 1/2 block down the street to a Kazakh restaurant and helped me order in Kazakh. (I know how to say "beef noodles" in Mandarin, and everyone I met in Xinjian spoke Mandarin.) ,"Good value for money","Helpful front-desk staff","Excellent service"
