一进店装修，大堂都高大尚，可到前厅的的服务就奇葩了，这么好的酒店不知道前厅接待是不是培训过最起码的服务礼貌，从看到总台开房服务员，他就没有问好，都没站起来过，就不要提微笑了，就和我求他开房一样，最后他不说话我等的时间太久，我要求他站起来回答我问题，他才不情愿的站起来，不服气的说，这样可以了吧，我我无语

首先酒店名字就不对，西域国际酒店的导航到了之后发现叫西域轻工酒店，搞得还要去问路才知道。第二，设施陈旧，房间的衣柜和洗漱间的门破破烂烂的，有图为证。第三，酒店周边停车不方便，在停车场找了半天，差点发生刮擦才找到车位，停了车后我保持停车习惯车头朝外，结果第二天保安说我停错了，要车头朝内，不然就要罚款，我晕！
