退房退押金時，我網上付了前台說我沒有，还要我證明。搞好了，她態度也不好，欠一塊说也不说就把錢掉在台上。我問还有一塊她極差的態度说没零錢。一塊也沒什么，但態度就好像是我错了。
但房間的服务員是很窩心的，五星。前台收費的就負一星。
