酒店位置较好，设施陈旧，卫生较差，最恶劣的是服务员。早上退房到前台说要退房，服务员没说话（可能是刚睡醒的缘故吧，拿走房卡五、六分钟把头攻在吧台里面不说话。我说给催一下吧。她一脸不高兴的懒散的说：急啥，没查完。我说你的这种态度，我要投诉你的，这个女人居然把工号摔到吧台上说，好好投诉去吧。我们就吵了几句。在把押金退给我后用维语骂了一句：牲口。唉，这是新疆啊，这是友好大酒店呀。厉害
