  前台服务很棒，房间设施比较完备，停车在地下，有专门的位置，在寸土寸金的巫山很不容易。早餐也是很丰富的，另外酒店可以提前一天定第二天小三峡船票，比在**上还能多便宜5-10块。

  服务差：前台既不专业也不规范更不热情，在前台check in的时候，身份证已经交给前台在操作了，这时来了位住客，直接交门卡説要退房，因为前台就一个人，她就接过去了，然后前台开始跟这个住客对话起来，还去另一台电脑上操作了，方言听不太懂，但你一言我一语的，説了两三分钟，期间我的身份证还在桌上摊着，我的入住办理就这么被耗着了，这算哪门子服务啊？没有先来后到吗？不能再叫个前台来处理吗？ 设施差：房间设施老旧，没有智控开关，窗帘又厚又脏还得手动去拉。关键的关键是晚上洗澡时，衞生间突然没电了，所有灯突然一下子全暗，一片漆黑，疾呼家人过来衞生间开灯。试想如果是女生一个人入住，该会是多恐怖的经历。 早餐差：品种少，没咖啡。最有意思的是，在麪档点麪，看到有牛肉浇头和肉沫浇头两种，于是跟服务员説两种浇头都加一点吧，服务员立刻回绝説：不行的，只能二选一……（怼的我一脸懵啊）难道非得我点两碗麪才能吃到两个浇头？！ 环境差：酒店在一条小路转进来的地方，路面狭小，周边嘈杂，乱七八糟的，小摊贩、摩的、滴滴，都在楼下做生意，喇叭乱按，自行想象吧

  房子环境不错，早餐也很丰盛。虽装修时长较旧，但设施保养的还不错。不愧是四星级酒店。 另：巫山小三峡景色很不错。尤其夜景很美，魔幻山城

  地下停车场很大，适合自驾车辆，房间达标星级酒店配置，乾净衞生，周边餐饮众多，人气十足，离高速口近，出入方便，早餐品种丰富，饭菜还算可口。
