订房前询问是否能到五台山汽车站接送，值班人员说可以。到达车站后打电话，老板说“这会儿堵车，你自己打车过来吧”。听完顿时来气，觉得是在搪塞。“我自己打车也是堵啊，还是按约定开车来接吧”，老板说“真的堵车，需要很长时间才能到”，“不到两公里，一刻钟能到吗？”，“得一个小时”，我说“好吧，我等你”。一刻钟后，老板来电话“我出门了，堵车，过不去，我又回来了，你给艺龙网打电话退房吧”，我于是致电艺龙，客服说需要店家同意才能退，我说店家让我退的，但客服说，经与店家沟通，老板不同意退房……不给你差评，对不起你的态度！！！

客栈卫生环境非常好，干净整洁，舒服，热水24小时，有餐厅，味道一般，离五爷庙，黛螺顶10多分钟就到了，非常方便，下回还来，满意
