最多只能给两星，一星给24小时热水，一星给赠送了一次性洗漱套装，另外三星不给的原因，第一个是从五台山下来六点多，打电话给前台说这就过去，前台说没房！！！马上跟艺龙联系，说马上给安排，十分钟后再与酒店前台联系，仍然说无房，再次强调艺龙已沟通，最后才说有房，到前台办理入住，结果被安排到一楼最边角房间，明明空了好多房间，之前沟通却说无房！！不给第二星的原因是房间很冷，不知道是不是在边角原因，与前台沟通三次，终于在晚上九点多给了空调，但夜里就停了，晚上被冻醒！！！不给第三星的理由是，枕套泛黄，床单有毛发，不知道是不是被分配在一楼的缘故，杯子有点潮，办理入住时问前台房间在几层，前台问我想住哪层，我说二层，结果还是被安排在一层最边角，再次沟通无果。。。。虽然知道五台山的住宿条件不好，但没想到会这样，之前看艺龙评论觉得应该还不错，实际过去了还有点失望，而且酒店位置外面看牌子挺大，其实在一条偏路上，我们导航过去，结果车过不去，又换路。。。总之，差评。。。。。
