半夜12点到店！前台说订的375的特价房是地下室！如果早说是地下室肯定不会订的！由于有孕妇和小孩！而且费用之前已经付过了！所以就将就住下！房间里就一个插座可以使用！想烧水喝，水都是黄色的！性价比很差！强烈不推荐！

服务不满意，条件特別差，四星级酒店还不如两星级，卫生差，设施更差，沒有服务只有登记，非常非常不满意，费用还那么高，条件那么差，差不多四百元的消费，不如一百九十元的消费。

环境很不错，就在五台山观音洞旁边，开车三公里可以到五爷庙。这片算是酒店。
房间不是很大，设施齐全，因为五台山的气候，现在住床有点潮潮的，但是好在空调很给力，屋子里面不冷。
值得一提的是宾馆餐厅的饭很好吃，价格在五台山算是比较优惠的啦！推荐！
