以前也住过这个酒店，感觉环境还可以。这次是通过艺龙网订了个套间，价格确实挺优惠的，也许是我们住时酒店人不多吧，早上洗澡水不热。这里也提醒一下以后去五台山的朋友，从4月1日起，开车进山需要提前一两天在网上预约才可以，否则只能把车放停车场，买票坐观光车进山了，很是不方便啊。制度很不人性化，看来这个5A景区光警告还不行啊！

环境不错，服务真心太一般，之前说可以刷卡，结账时又是商家的老套路说pos机坏了，刷不了。
住了两晚，第二天出去玩之前并没有要求打扫房间，结果玩回来发现房门是开着的，说打扫的保洁忘了关门...我的天！这是工作时没带脑子么...客人的东西都在房间里，不锁门就走，这是因为我们把重要物品都随身带着，万一丢了什么东西呢...
真是够叫人糟心的！
去之前给酒店打电话想问问自驾停车方不方便，前台留了老板手机，老板说旺季车都得停在山下不能开进去，到了之后才发现其实有很多私家车都开进山了...
卫生、条件啥的真心不比7天、锦江的快捷酒店，但五台山那里都是这种山庄没办法。
总之，想打算住这里的人要吸取我们的经验多多注意啦~

没有空调，烧水壶也是坏的，卧室内插孔除了电视那个其他都不能用，打了前台电话也没及时回复，不过景区这样的就凑合吧
