住了好多次了，第一回遇到这么奇葩的感受……
烤枣馍变成了炸枣馍，问服务员竟然说这就叫烤枣馍。这样欺骗顾客而且还是回头一百次的顾客！我真的服了，如果觉得晚，你可以跟我们说一声这个饭特别费事。我们可以吃别的！我以为饭店着急要下班，结果说只有一个打包盒了。我们说那就在这吃吧！结果服务员拿来一个盒子打包着面过来，意思我们在饭店吃完菜然后回房间吃主食吗？一个酒店如果饭店不到位，让旅客来五台山大晚上吃什么？自带方便面吗？而且完全可以协调的问题，却用欺骗来解决问题。

酒店环境不错，水壶坏了及时更换，感觉不好的是没有电梯，行李箱上下极不方便。退房查房后发现酒店一次性内裤少一条，需付15元，其实我们没消费过，经解释后没有扣钱，但服务员一脸的不相信，那种感觉无法形容，希望酒店管理方面能做好工作。
