酒店设施环境都不错，紧靠无锡动物园，而且离泸锡高速较近，总体满意。问题是周边环境，特别是餐饮商业环境不行。

房间有备用棉被，不提供瓶装水。周边环境比较安静，值得称赞的是淋浴水量超大，服务员有待加强培训，早晚聊天时声音超大，很难相信是换过新的床单。总体过得去，就是携程价格没便宜还不含早餐。以后到无锡还会选择这家。

酒店工作人员很好 给我们升级了有窗的房间，酒店的厕所很大，晾衣服什么的很棒。自助餐也不错。就是晚餐是点菜式的。价格小贵。周边环境不怎么样，打车时出租车司机说前面是火葬场，后面是公墓，旁边是神经病医院。瞬间碉堡…… 离太湖也不怎么近就是离动物园近这点还不错
