首先不得不说此酒店让我非常满意。从服务到房间设备设施都很满意。此酒店的细节做的很到位。看见有小孩子来入住，服务员会主动给予儿童拖鞋和儿童牙刷。这在我所入住的酒店中没见过的。大堂内有音乐、书籍，咖啡还有茶。很有格调。酒店周边的配套设施也是很足，出行旅游都很方便。房间卫生很干净，装修风格非常喜欢。床边还放了枕头自选菜单。真的很不错。酒店还有洗衣机和烘干机，给出行在外的人提供了很大的方便，就算洗了衣服也不怕干不了了。每次我们进出，服务员总会热情的打招呼，太热情了。知道我们出去旅游，给我们矿泉水带在路上，主动给我们介绍路线和特色，给我们节省了很多时间。真的很谢谢她们。这次来无锡有个美好的旅程，非常开心，这家酒店做的非常棒，继续保持，会越来越好，真的是用心在做。我还会再来的。
