每次到无锡出差都必住的酒店，一到酒店前台，服务员就和我介绍了我订的房间的位置和房型，因为有朋友一起，前台还给我升级了标间，真是太贴心了，还有新出的“管家服务” ，真是超级nice

一如既往的好。一到酒店，前台就很热情地帮我办理了入住，还介绍了新增的“管家服务”，真是越来越贴心了，五星级的服务，特棒????卫生也越来越好了。墙裂推荐

各方面都很好，就是五月一号订的时候价格没有在网上弄好，双床房单份早餐房间价格是418，双份早餐是458，我们的大床房单份早餐388，双份早餐是418，我们也不知道早餐多少钱一份，就在网上定了，到店里问早餐是28一人，不太合理！其他都挺好，每次来无锡都住这，干净，服务也不错，孩子喜欢房间的智能音箱，孩子腿被蚊子咬了，还给了我们一点药抹上，洗发水沐浴露也不是特别差的那种，很注重细节

早餐很丰富，虽然餐厅不大，特别是面点，香菇包，菠萝包都做的和真的一样。房间里面细节很好，有洗手液，护手霜，大宝，防蚊虫的，小度音箱，衣服架，小桌子椅子，我们每次来无锡都住在这里，价钱也合适
