第二次入住，第一次在杭州，无锡的也一样好，喜欢那一排小沙发，能放行礼，比桌子实用，卫生间够大，不拥挤，泡泡茶躺沙发上休息暇意

抱着体验稍微好一点的酒店的心态订购的
途中遇到这样几个问题:
1:最严重的！一房多开！极其恶劣，前面客户的行李还在房间，房间住过，把房间开给我，极其不负责和无语！
2.换房后，我的行李因之前的房间暂放五楼，换的房间在二楼，我用卡根本无法到达五楼，折腾了好久！累！前台就一点不为人考虑的吗？
3.二楼新换的所谓已经升级的房间，无法烧水，一烧水全屋断电！还带着小孩，无语！
真的不建议入住，体验感太差太差！
