很不错的酒店，订的套房，价格合适，房间真的很大。市中心商业区交通方便，有免费停车，早餐也很好，床上用品、纸品等品质也不错，因为是参加会议，和前台商量后延迟到下午3点退房，这个服务很贴心，赞一个??！不足就是台盆易溢水，建议卫生间还是要有个毛巾挂架。

房间干净，整洁，舒服、前台小夏非常热情，
旁边有地铁站，商圈，八佰伴，出行方便，吃饭，购物也非常方便，距离南禅寺也很近，可以去走一走逛一逛。距离无锡站十几分钟路程！早餐也挺不错的，性价比超高！推荐！

真的很不错的酒店，和朋友一起出来玩感觉挖到了宝藏酒店。价格也比较合理，环境很OK。安全工作也很好，只能到自己房卡的楼层，自助早餐也很不错。服务也很好，总体来说是一次很满意的体验！和小姐妹约好 下次再去～

酒店位置不错，离南长街骑车10分钟以内，设施也很新，干净清爽，服务也不错，除了停车位少了一些没毛病。
自助早餐里面的经理看着有点凶，啊哈哈。

服务很热情，我们刚到没找到停车地方；电话咨询，一男生立马门口迎接并指定停车位置；进去需要登记的信息比较多，疫情期间能够理解，反而更让我们安心；房间装修干净整洁，路过服务员都会主动打招呼；离八佰伴非常近，下次来无锡还是会订这家酒店
