没给差评，是因为酒店周边环境不错，在公园里很安静。晚上8点多点到的酒店，给的房间和图片有差异能理解，但是连接阳台的门是坏的，根据前台的描述应该是坏了很久一直没修好，正好当天风大，是有声响的，后来前台用力勉强关好了。房间的门禁因为电池电量不足了，一直在响个不停，前台联系维修人员来换电池，到了快10点这些问题才搞好。空调开了一个多小时还是不制冷，前台说18度所以不制冷，给调到21度，20分钟过去了还是不制冷，还说时间不够所以还不制冷。从门禁电量不足一直响到空调不制冷让前台换个房间，前台一直说没房间了不换。但是同样的房型我们旁边两个都是空着没人入住的，最后才开了隔壁房间，空调打开几分钟就制冷了才同意给我换了这个房间。从8点多折腾到10点多才安定下来洗漱，严重影响我和孩子的出游心情和第二天的安排。总之对前台处理不满意，入住酒店是为了来休息的不是来折腾的。早给换个房间不就行了吗。

酒店舒适，安静，环境优雅。距离无锡数字影视城只要10分钟左右的路程。当天入住的时候有剧组在拍戏，一点也不嘈杂，是个休息，度假的好地方
