酒店是在钱藕校区那边，周边没什么人，对面有一个美食街，不过还没有多少商家入驻，晚上七八点就很安静了，酒店的房间采光还行，环境也不错，不过前台的态度不是很好，冷冰冰的，开房的时候就是说什么先确定几天，如果提前退房就不退钱，什么规定，我住这么多次酒店还没听过有这样的规定；退房的时候让打个发票，报个抬头就可以的事情，非要说什么7月1号起要纳税号，我6月份要发票，你和我说7月份的事情？总要给客户设一点障碍让客户心里不舒服了，你们就舒服了？另外所谓的早餐，只有稀饭，鸡蛋和包子，还有咸菜，包子还是冷的，表示不想多说什么，当然反映后去热了，不过需要客户提醒才做到的服务，印象很不好，希望改进。

住了2天，订了有早餐的，说是早上到9点半，第一天8点到餐厅，只剩小包子小馒头白粥和鸡蛋，其他啥都没，第二天8点半多到，干脆什么都没了，告知前台，给下了两碗面加了个荷包蛋，面难吃的要命，除了蛋，就只有面，第一天傍晚7点左右让客房帮忙打扫房间，结果前台说客房4点就下班了，也是醉了，既然知道，为什么不提前告知，帮我们打扫房间，第二天早上打电话找前台要牙刷等洗漱用品，等了半个多小时还没送，直到我们下去吃早饭还没有送来，酒店隔音效果也不好，酒店感觉就是无锡城市学院自己办的酒店，服务很不到位，感觉他们也不怎么care，你爱住不住，因为都是团体入住，跟他们有协议什么的，个人非常不推荐住，除非你去学校办事或者出差，只能给1分，严重不推荐
