宾馆干净卫生，服务不错，早餐很好，中午、晚上在餐厅吃饭也很方便。地理位置尚可，门口公交站名叫：公交公司，车很多，基本可达城市四方，乘107路可到高铁（沿途经过徐悲鸿纪念馆）。往西不远有团氿湿地风景区、茶文化街(批发茶叶的小商铺）、陶瓷城（西北方向一条街都是个体小商铺，买茶具很实惠）。门口几条公交线路都能到达南郊的龙背山森林公园。
