酒店位置很好，房间很干净，特别喜欢酒店的床和枕头，相当的舒服，认床的我这次睡的很香。周边配套设施齐全，距鼋头渚打车35元。离南长街很近，晚上游览灯光很漂亮，南长街上有家卖肉骨头的很好吃，而且便宜。酒店楼下有全家超市，如果想去鼋头渚，灵山或者拈花湾的一定要在这带些三明治，饭团，玉米，水果啥的，因为景区东西不是一般的贵，而且超难吃的。

酒店位于太湖广场，旁边有茂业百货、无锡博物馆，清名桥，均步行十分钟可达，吃饭买水果十分方便；特别要感谢前台冯瑶妹妹，服务热情周到，我们订的单餐，免费升级为双餐。

前台服务态度很好，位置也很好，旁边有个很大的商场，扣分的原因是酒店的自助早餐，太鸡肋，九点还没到就已经没什么吃的了，早上几个上海人还和餐厅的人吵了好久，八点四十五到的餐厅，全部空盘还没有要加的意思，说面条也没有了...难怪要吵.....建议餐厅承包的人换掉，影响对酒店印象
