酒店虽然不大，但装修典雅，很有特色，老板娘和服务员都很热情，不但到的时候出门迎接，帮我们买打折门票，还免费给我们升级到环境更好的花园房。第二天走的时候由于前晚忘记关车灯，导致汽车电瓶没电，车子发不了，人地生疏，只能打电话给酒店求助，接电话美女毫不推逶，热心联系修车师傅帮我们解决了问题，让我们顺利回家，真是太感谢你们了。

酒店离东大门很近，环境很好，服务员很热情；装修风格极具江南水乡特色，客房很干净典雅；客堂间的饭菜很好吃！非常难忘的一天！

这个酒店在景区里面，环境非常好……房间卫生很满意，很干净。特别是服务人员态度特别友善，很有家人的感觉。酒店自带的餐厅也品尝了一下，味道很不错，适合大众口味。性价比挺高的。

去的时候已经是晚上7点多了，还担心没有给我留房，因为一般酒店都是只保留到傍晚6点，没想到里面的工作人员不光是房间帮我保留了，还到景区门口接我们。 房间不是很大，但是很有江南的特色。从专修上看得出老板很用心，应该是个善于经营生活的人。 晚上服务员还给我们送来了豆浆和糕点，十分的贴心。客栈值得推荐，工作人员都很热情.下次还会选择你们，祝生意兴隆！
