晚上七点到酒店停车的地方都没有，让九点后来才有车位，房间的灯光不是很好，感觉很暗，其他感觉还行

前台服务员的态度极其的差，我劝大家还是慎重选择，房间内卫生也不怎么样，蟑螂很多床也很用很硬，并且床垫上的许多弹簧都倒了，很硌人！

对同程的服务是满意的，酒店周边环境不错，交通、停车都方便，边上有和兴斋、无锡特色面用早餐即方便又实惠，酒店内歺厅也不错，但酒店的设施太老了，床很硬，并且不平，卫生间和柜子里都发现了蟑螂，最主要的是服务员的态度实在是太差了，我退房超过12点了，加收30元（30元／小时），我同服务员讲，我就超过15分钟，就加30元，不太合理，告之酒店电脑只要过十分钟就会自动加30元，我说，我出门前东西都是收拾好的，我11：57进酒店，去楼上拿东西，房卡已打不开门了，结果折腾了十多分钟才让服务员把门打开，我有点冤，接待我的服务员没说什么，边上的另一名女服务瞪了我一眼，说了一句无锡话，我听不懂，反正应该不是什么好话，我问她你说什么？她走开了，接待我的服务员马上说：“她说我呢，”我真是第一次遇见这样的服务，我经常去无锡，这家酒店我是绝对不会再入住了。
