就事实说话，前台态度问题：我们是三成人，电话跟前台确定床的宽度问题告诉我有个是1.5米的，但到达之后并没有还否认自己说过这样的话。说好的家庭房这不明摆着就一标间吗？还收家庭房的钱！虽说后来经过平台沟通给返了部分房钱，但差评是准对宾馆并非同程。

第一点:从平台上看是有窗的房子，进房间一看是有窗，但窗户是死的，天气气温比较高，一进房间就感觉很闷人的感觉。 第二点:中央空调，房间很闷人，本想打开空调会不会好一些，谁知道店家为了省钱根本就没开，你不能光考虑省钱不考虑消费者的入住感受，第二天马上退房换了一家。 第三点:小卡片到处飞，酒店管理比较差，什么人都可以随意进出酒店，房间隔音效果很一般。 第四点:枕头，该酒店放了四个枕头。而且都是好枕，比较硬，一点也不柔软，睡了一夜脖子酸疼。优点:1、卫生做的还是比较好，相对比较干净。2、离火车站不远，比较方便，酒店也不是很难找。
