酒店外部环境为熙闹的南长街，适合度假游客信步漫游，酒店大堂有些酒气，尽量少逗留，房间里环境也还不错。欣赏古运河夜景，此地甚好！

偶尔在网上看到一篇游记，从而认识了南长街，认识了财富古运河酒店。酒店地处南长街与太湖大道金塘桥边。也正处于南长街中心地段，丝业博物馆旁边。酒店外观很普通，但其内部的硬件与软件服务是四星标准。可谓四星级的服务，经济型酒店(一线城市)的价格。年年来无锡，这次旅行最让我难忘，以后还要来南长街，还要入住该酒店
