房间很大，位置不错，旁边是一商业综合体，有超市，商场，KTV，到是方便。酒店设施还行，就是那电视小的可怜。到和景区去玩不错，交通方便。同程预订一如既往的方便，喜欢😊

我只能说一句，家乡的人们真是热情!今天早上停电了！造成了不愉快，这件事情的处理上，我首先感谢移动的电话客服，我不知道她的工号，但是因为我的投诉她很早就打了两次电话过来跟进这件事!还及时跟酒店协商解决方案，虽然不是艺龙的责任!在线客服也很辛苦，半夜也接受咨询，就是说话水平比电话客服差不少!但还是感谢艺龙!好感谢酒店的经理，也是打了几次电话，慰问加上征求意见，送上了小礼品，虽然东西只是个纪念品，但是也表明了诚恳的态度，而且还给了一些其他帮助!其实遇到问题，处理问题的态度真的很关键!信任艺龙，感谢艺龙电话客服!以后订酒店就在艺龙定!
