首先，前台服务态度不好，完全不知道怎么被任职做前台的，没遇到过这种说话语气和方式的，其次，酒店热水供应不上，洗澡不方便，断断续续，还有设备都有坏掉的，淋浴头坏了，电话机也坏了，难道没人维修检查的吗？最后，携程提供的酒店信息也有误，没有WiFi。上面说的都是本人亲身经历的，这种酒店确实不舒服。

房间蛮大的！我们住在三楼的！各种都蛮好的！朋友住在五楼就不是很好！地面有毯子很脏！建议把毯子去掉！

因老人需要很好休息，因此在携程预订时留言要求安静位置、较高楼层，但晚上9点到达入住时给安排了一楼，其中一个房间还是有瑕疵的（房卡插入灯没有反应），后与前台交涉，给换了5楼标间房；本次入住体验一般，以后还是倾向选择连锁商务酒店吧。
