  一、入住全程，酒店工作的一位男性服务缺乏主动性与耐心。办理入住时的谘询回应，与交流均未感受到应有的专业与热情，未能体现酒店服务的基本水准。但是其他女孩子与店长还是服务上很优秀的。 二、入住后，环境氛围稍有不适，但没有换房间（本人很懒）但是睡着后一直做噩梦，噩梦三次，在凌晨3点被噩梦惊醒后，害怕的不得不紧急申请换房，然而，更换后的房间还存在温度问题，室温很低，没办法（当然我可能空调开太高，无法运行）只能勉强过了一夜，完全没有达到住宿应有的舒适标准。

  The hotel is located in a good area with nice places for taking pictures, walking, and enjoying good food. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant were quite friendly and helpful. The room was okay, despite some noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms being clearly audible. The worst thing is that smoking is allowed, so there are people smoking in the reception area, and the room has a cigarette smell everywhere. That's why I will not stay there again.
