为了参加马拉松提前一个月定了房，到店后竟然被告知订单找不到，几经折腾和等待才在第二天搞定订单，感受真的很不好。最要命的是，第二天朋友来访，帮他定了无锡喜来登，竟然遇到一样的事，订单已经确认并且扣款，但是酒店说压根没收到！我觉得连续两天这样的情况说明：1、无锡酒店业真心一般；2、艺龙现在盘子大了管得真心不咋样了，让我这个十几年的老顾客都心寒了。最后说一句，艺龙承诺的最基本的价格会比前台价格低，结果我到前台宜必思当天挂牌价339，艺龙卖369！打电话问客服还说会让前台按339结账，但最后还是按369收的我钱…也不知承诺是不是都可以这样不作数。

和小朋友一起来无锡玩，住在宜必思，上午家庭房床很大，睡的很舒服，就是隔音效果不太好。

酒店位置很好，就在锡惠公园对面，离惠山古镇也很近。最棒的是家庭房，一张双人床，一张单人床，非常适合两大一小三口之家出游。再也不会拥挤了，睡的很舒服。我们订了两个家庭房，本来分在两个楼层，前台见我们带着两个孩子，还有婴儿，免费升级了一间高级家庭房，就可以在一起，服务非常好。
