入住已是深夜，入住后发现房间内仅一条浴巾，第二天早上通知前台送一条，至退房时都未送到；房间隔音不好，客房服务员在走廊讲话声音很大。

找了很多家酒店，由于太湖马拉松，酒店基本上都满房了。最后定了这家，后听朋友说以前住过，马桶是感应的，说有时不灵敏，有一点点犹豫了，所以让服务人员带了先去看了房，定的房间窗户很小，所有东西放在房间里，空间显得有点拥挤，感觉很压抑，后来让他们带了看了豪华大房，让前台升级成豪华房，里面带內宾，小型会议室，有浴缸，房间很大，两大扇窗户，但是窗户只能开一小部分，由于窗户对着靠近马路，下面路面施工，有点吵，电视遥控器没电池，装了电池，电视是雪花状，看得眼花，空调是中央空调，只能制热不能制冷，所以房间不透气，只能开小窗口，车辆来来往往，一夜没睡好。酒店服务人员还是不错的。

宾馆服务很好，第一个房间由于没有空调坏了不能制热，服务员主动帮我们更换房间，服务赞赞的，厕所里的马桶全是电动化的。
