酒店的服务人员态度挺好，订房没早餐，其实到了现场会送早点，能吃饱，要求不高的话还行。去各大景点比较方便，五一假期，都是人，到处是人，惠山古镇都是人，拈花湾晚上十点还堵车。酒店房间有浴缸，可惜有点不合理，这地方从前还有游泳池，ktv。现在都出租

美丽都的位置不在市内，在次边区，五一出来，当时订房间时，不知道去哪玩，所以也没订市内，因为前几天观察导航，发现无锡有时候挺堵的，到了节日可能更堵，这家离景区近，我自驾方便，还有好多公交能直达。房间是行政标间，整体过得去，就是浴室设计不合理，连方便的插座也没有。我的很多口腔护理用具都是用电的，宾馆方面要认识到，还有脸盆太小，水龙头有点突出，虽然硬件上有点不足，但服务人员态度挺好的。对了，晚上很安静，床睡着舒服，比日航安静多了，几年前住过日航，吵死了。

酒店虽然设施显得老旧一点，毕竟酒店开了有几十年，但卫生与服务都挺不错。前台人员也很热情，有问必答。订的不含早餐的房间，入住后免费赠送三人的早餐，酒店停车方便并且不限时免费。周边去大润发，万达都很方便，差不多公交车一站路的路程。

来无锡看樱花选了这里，老牌星级酒店，停车场很大，免费停车方便。房间硬件及早餐都属正常标准。服务态度很好，升级了房间还送了早餐。看樱花交通管制，车停在酒店走200米坐1路直接到景区大门口。总之住宿性价比高，值得推荐。

早餐性价比高，入住后酒店帮我免费升级了，还贴心赠送了水果等小吃，真心不错，停车场超级大，周边有酒吧街、万达广场，很方便，房价不贵，下次仍订这家酒店!
