对于开元的常客 对于这家酒店只能用失望至极来形容 管理混乱 房间隔音极差 整个晚上都睡不好 客房服务员还在走廊大声聊天 房间的设施 床品 都跟同等级的如家精选相差甚远 希望开元酒店集团关注一下这家有损开元品牌的酒店

订了328的房间，到店以后看了觉得很小，又升级换了个大的豪华房间，加价150，说是里面有大影院房间，进入了感觉非常不值这个价格，首先，电视还的自己冲vip才能观看，一冲还要冲30元。其次，我怀疑那毛巾和被套都没有换过吧，毛巾有股怪味，枕巾感觉非常不干净，沙发靠垫几百年没洗过了吧！洗手台设计的非常不合理，一洗脸满地都是水，吹风机都是坏的！早餐我就不说了，东西非常少，真的是少之又少！非常不满意，这完全不是我想象中的开元曼居！非常失望！这个价格都可以在金科城市酒店订一个豪华房了！以后再也不来了，差评差评！
