这次入住算是彻彻底底明白为什么金龙现在越来越差快不行了。首先现在的前台素太差：压根没有基本的服务意识，好好问她（戴眼镜的那位年轻女）一个问题她能回呛你十句，不会好好的解释只会说“我们一直这样的！”“我们都这样的！”明明送免费洗浴她态度恶劣地说“根本没有的！代理自说自话与酒店无关，你自己找代理呗……”。然后致电艺龙投诉，说是15分钟内回电，明明有强调要打哪个电话号，然后等了快四十分钟居然得之打到什么都不懂的长辈那儿去了…艺龙的人也真是怎么了？工作时有长点儿心吗？还有与酒店谈合作的时候，产品上列的东西如果有就应该和酒店搞搞清楚，如果没有就别放上去，最后苦了客户-到前台被当傻子一样对待…还要兜一个大圈子打电话来来回回折腾！本来好好的一晚，弄得特别闹心 心情极差！最后说说金龙这标间，简直服了！1.标间只给一张卡（什么鬼？）2.门廊顶都要掉下来了（真的是服了！见图）3.床单上有血（弄啥呢？）4.房间没有任何一个地方写总机号（电话上贴的是错的！）和WIFI密码 5. 要记个密码也没笔… 6.好不容易连上WIFI又是几乎没用的……这么“专业”的酒店能别丢酒店的脸了吗？

酒店房间、床都很大，有冰箱，退房时忘记了放冰箱里的酸奶。早餐须另付20元/人，附近有家中式快餐店，吃晚餐、早餐都可，便宜且更多选择。
