到店后感觉不是很好，虽说是两间房分客厅卧室，可是设施陈旧一般，沙发上是破的，只好铺个单子，电视信号少画面差空调制冷不佳噪音大，建议店家整理一下，幸亏外面环境还好较安静凉爽！要不更愁死人了！

作为三星级的酒店，我觉得还是让人满意的，酒店的地理位置非常好，公交地铁便利就在火车站南广场出来过地下通道，通道里面有标示牌指引泰山饭店的，从地下通道出来就是了，但是周边的环境并不是火车站旁边的脏乱差的环境，干净又体面。入住的时候前台手续办理非常的快，1分钟之内就办妥了。床上的被褥也非常舒服，被罩是一种带暗花的白色布料，手感摸着非常的敦厚、舒服；挺喜欢这家酒店的。去黿头渚和灵山有1路和88路公交直达，去三国水浒影视城在火车站坐82路公交车直达水浒城、三国城，先去那个城都行，是通着的，周边还有一些商圈，如果来无锡还会选择这家酒店的，，价格也很实惠的，推荐！
