换2次房卡，门没有打开，一个房间里插头都坏，服务员都知道，都没有改善，服务电话也打不通，我是不会再住这个酒店，但是福州的酒店就很好。

不错，就是去之前没有查清楚。绕远路了，其实地下通道可以直达南广场，出来就是酒店。很方便。隔音效果不太好，环境不错。服务也可以。早饭也还行。品种大概15种吧，整体还行吧，
