前台一点服务不行，大半夜的我只是住一晚，就是没有押金，在网上订的就不能通融不给押金，以前又不是没住过，还说不交押金不给住叫我自己退房，死板的不行，又不是没在你家住过，服务态度不行，还跟我吵架
