酒店的房间还算不错，就是卫生巾略显寒酸，没有能好好打扫干净，早餐种类很少，只有稀饭。

酒店服务很差，尤其是前台和餐厅服务很差，早上不到8点去吃早餐，就只剩下地上一个大桶里的粥和一点咸菜了。餐厅服务员一个也找不到了，很生气的样子只喝了碗粥，孩子什么都没有吃。餐厅外面有个服务人员说不负责餐厅的事情，我晕。
酒店门口的保安师傅很好，很负责任的说。

优点：酒店大堂相对经济型酒店要气派，房间的床也要比经济型酒店看起来好些，酒店的位置比较好，就在南禅寺900米的样子。
开车去的门口有停车位，保安师傅非常好。
但前台服务和客房服务比较差，前台懒洋洋的，从艺龙定的房间，我手机都收到了短信，前台说没接到预定单也不主动联系下艺龙解决问题，告诉我房间没了，说了好多好话总算安排住下了。房间地毯和床单枕套感觉陈旧，脏兮兮的感觉。酒店对面就有个如家什么的快捷酒店，干净程度还不如如家和7天等快捷酒店。因为有三人间才住这里的。
下回不会再来住了。

酒店就在路边，很好找，离东林书院很近。酒店干净整洁、环境不错。早餐品种多、味道好，有机会还会再去的。

酒店地理位置优越，大堂服务好，酒店地毯很软，房间设施布局合理住得比较舒适。酒店周围环境较好，名胜古迹多，出脚方便。谢谢e龙。
