酒店只能说还算不错，在宜兴这样的小城市，总体水准尚可。然而值得一提的是，我在前台登记，竟然提示我已经过了入住日期，我明明是5月2日入住，前台竟然说我登记的是5月1日入住，然后我那天去登记入住的时候提示我说要我重新付钱。这让我觉得非常不可思议。虽然后面店里解决了这个事情，但是过程并不让人满意。考虑到居住环境还是不错的，我依然给了“推荐”的评价。希望酒店以后能更加细心、耐心地处理问题，多为顾客着想，提供更为舒适、舒心的服务。
